Billy Hedel is a renowned local artist and part-time volunteer for Bourne-Schweitzer Gallery. His artistic practice blends technical mastery with imaginative themes, from exploring color theory—like mixing acrylics, using different mediums, and balancing hot versus cold colors—to constructing steampunk-inspired pieces using found objects. Billy’s workshops offer participants hands-on experiences in these areas, empowering them to create personalized works of art, from acrylic paintings to steampunk treasure boxes.
